The LVL3 Portal

You see everything we see.

Most agencies report monthly, in a PDF, on the metrics that flatter them. The portal shows you the same live system we work in: what changed, what it earned, and why.

The short version

One login, and the whole engagement is in it.

Reporting, the work itself, the plan, and the tools, in one place. Everything below is a real screen in the product, and everything in it is your data.

DashboardsSearch, traffic, conversion, and revenue, queried live when you open it

How Ask LVL3 knows your account

A chat window is easy. Knowing your business is the hard part.

Ask LVL3 starts every answer already knowing which search property, which analytics property, and which locations are yours. On top of that it carries your account summary and the current read on what is working, what broke, and what is worth doing next.

Then it goes and looks. A question about last month pulls last month, live, from your accounts while you wait. That is the difference between a chatbot with your logo on it and something you can act on: the numbers in the answer came from your data thirty seconds ago.

It asks before it answers

A vague question gets a clarifying question back. Confident wrong answers are worse than a slow one.

It shows the work

Answers come with the figures behind them, and it will build the whole thing into a spreadsheet if you want to check it yourself.

A person approves the analysis

Anything written about your account is reviewed by one of us before it reaches you. No unread AI commentary lands in your portal.

It remembers the conversation

Threads persist, so the reasoning behind a decision is still there the next time somebody asks why.

In detail

What each part of it does.

01

Live dashboards

Search, traffic, conversion, and revenue in one place. Nothing is copied into a slide overnight: open the page and it queries your accounts right then, so what you are looking at is current as of the moment you looked.

  • Modules adapt to the business. A multi-location operator and an ecommerce brand see different dashboards.
  • Any window you want, compared against the period before it or the same period last year.
  • Monthly goals with run-rate pacing, so you know in week two whether the month lands.
  • Alerts you did not ask for: metric drops, goals drifting, profile problems, ranked by what matters.
02

Revenue attribution

Every channel and every page graded in revenue, not sessions. The budget conversation starts from what earned, not what trafficked, and it goes down to the individual page so the next decision is obvious.

  • Page-level revenue, sessions, and conversion side by side.
  • Branded and non-branded demand split apart, because they are different problems.
  • AI referral traffic grouped as its own source, not buried in direct.
03

AI visibility

We put the questions your buyers ask to an AI assistant and count how often it names you. That share is tracked in the portal, so the trend is a line rather than an anecdote.

  • A fixed question set for your category, so runs are comparable month to month.
  • Who else gets named alongside you, which is usually the more useful half.
  • Measured against one assistant, and answers vary between runs. The trend is the product, not any single number.
04

Ask LVL3

Ask questions about your own data in plain English and get answers with the numbers behind them. No SQL, no ticket, no waiting for someone to pull a report.

  • It queries your live accounts to answer, so the numbers are fetched, not remembered.
  • Threads are saved, so the reasoning behind a decision survives the month it was made in.
05

Projects and deliverables

The plan by month, with every task, its category, and where it stands. It is the same view we work from, so there is no second status doc quietly going stale.

  • Every artifact we produce, with a comment thread on the file itself.
  • Ask a question against the work, get the answer in the same place, mark it resolved.
  • No email chain, and nothing to dig out of a shared drive.
06

The tools shelf

Sixteen of the tools we run the work with, in the portal for you to run yourself. If you want to check something at eleven at night without asking anyone, you can.

  • Keyword quick wins, content gaps, and competitor gaps against named rivals.
  • Backlink overview, Core Web Vitals, and page-level SEO audits.
  • Content quality and refresh candidates, CRO audits, profile audits.
What it is plugged into

Your accounts, not our copy of them.

The portal reads from the systems your business already runs on. We connect them once, at onboarding, and from then on the portal is the one place you look instead of nine tabs.

SourceWhat it brings in
Google Search ConsoleQueries, impressions, clicks, and position, down to the individual page and query.
Google Analytics 4Sessions, conversions, revenue, and the source and medium behind each.
Google Business ProfileCalls, direction requests, and profile actions per location, plus reviews as they land.
SemrushCompetitive positions, keyword gaps against named rivals, and backlink profile.
Keyword research dataVolume, difficulty, and related terms for anything you want sized before committing to it.
PageSpeed and field dataCore Web Vitals from the lab and from real Chrome users on your site.
Site crawlsFull technical crawls feeding the audit pipeline: observations, then findings, then a ranked fix list.
Your working planThe month-by-month plan we run against, read straight from the sheet we keep it in.
Call recordingsTranscripts from our calls, kept with your account so the context behind a decision is still there in six months.

Read live, on the way to your screen. The portal holds no private copy of your analytics, which is the point: there is no version of your numbers that only we can see.
